Jacques Hermes
Policy Advisor Population Development and Social Change
Since September 2025, Jacques Maurice Hermes has been a policy advisor for population development and social change in the Social Cohesion Department of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation. At the beginning of 2025, he completed an internship in the Economy & Innovation Department with a focus on financial policy. Prior to that, he was an intern at the German Economic Institute (IW) and worked in the venture capital industry in the areas of communications & relations and as a junior relationship manager with a focus on network management. As a finance consultant at AIESEC Germany, he volunteered alongside his studies. Jacques Hermes is an economist and studied economics (B.Sc.) at the University of Bonn and public economics (M.Sc.) at the Free University of Berlin.
