Likhedy Touch

Likhedy Touch joined KAS Cambodia in May 2020. She is program manager in charge of sustainability and women empowerment. Before joining KAS, she was a member and served as a public relations officer at the Ambassador’s Youth Council (AYC) of the Embassy of the United States of America in Cambodia. She holds a degree in Law from the University of Law and Economics with a focus on public international law and another degree in International Studies concentrating on International Relations from the Royal University of Phnom Penh.
