Martin Bieber

Martin Bieber has been serving as Policy Advisor for Armed Forces and Society in the Directorate-General for Analysis and Consulting since September 2025. Previously, he worked as a research associate in the offices of several members of the German Bundestag, where he supported, among other tasks, their work in the Defence Committee, the Parliamentary Committee of Inquiry on Afghanistan, and the Subcommittee on Disarmament, Arms Control and Non-Proliferation. He holds a degree in Military Studies from the University of Potsdam and studied social sciences at Humboldt University of Berlin, the University of Barcelona, and Roskilde University in Denmark.
