Dr. Sören Soika
Head of the Mongolia Office (in preparation)
Sören Soika has been head of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation’s Mongolia office since October 2026. Prior to this, he spent more than five years as editor-in-chief of *Auslandsinformationen*, the Foundation’s foreign policy magazine. Mr Soika is a political scientist specialising in international relations. He began his career in 2015 as a country officer for Argentina and Uruguay at the Federal Foreign Office. Sören Soika joined the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in 2017 as a trainee at the Montevideo office.
