Tobias Wangermann is responsible for the topic of digitalisation in the Analysis and Consulting Department of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Berlin. He studied German language and literature, art studies and education in Greifswald, Berlin and Essen. He has worked for the Foundation since 1996 - first as a research assistant in political education in Saxony-Anhalt and from 2004 to 2019 in the Policy and Consulting Department in Berlin. From 2012 to 2015 he was head of the Advisory Management Unit there and from 2015 to 2019 of the Digitisation Team.
