German-American Partnership: Overcoming the Crisis
Memorandum of the Transatlantic Experts Group
A leading group of German and American policy experts launched an initiative to get the German-American partnership back on track. Under the auspices of the Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation and chaired by Dr. Zbigniew Brzezinski and General (ret.) Klaus Naumann, the group agreed that the U.S. and Germany should work together to help develop a transatlantic strategy for the Greater Middle East.
